Triumph Herald 1200 Convertible

KDL 256 F

Year: 1967
Make: Triumph
Model: Herald Convertible

Event: Practical Classic Restoration Show NEC March 2016

The Herald 1200 was launched in 1961 with increased power of 39 bhp over the original 948cc engine, although the actual engine was 1147cc not 1200cc.

The convertible is a pretty looking car with a rakish line back to its tail fins, which were the design feature to have in the early 1960’s.

With an KDL registration, we can tell this was originally registered in Roscommon
